Piano lessons are given at your home or mine! If the lessons are at your home, there is a flat fee to visit your home in addition to the cost of the lesson.

 

Piano lessons are given once a week. For a beginning student, half an hour weekly is usually sufficient. Once the pieces get longer and we spend some time doing theory and ear training, we would go to 45 minutes or an hour.

 

My rate for a half hour lesson is $30; $45 and $60 for 45-minute and 60-minute lessons, respectively. If the lessons are at your home and you live in Sunset Ridge, the flat fee to visit your home is $6. Anywhere else in Cochrane is $10. How does this work? If you have 2 children and they each have a 30-minute lesson, the cost for the lessons would be $60. If I am teaching at your home in Sunset Ridge, the cost would be $66 ($60 + $6 flat fee); anywhere else in Cochrane, the cost would be $70 ($60 + $10).

 

Parents or caregivers are welcome to sit in on the lessons at my home.
